Wealth creates possibilities.
Possibilities create decisions.
That's where wealth can get hard.
Many people assume that wealth automatically comes with the ability to make those decisions.
In reality, it doesn't.
The longer you live with wealth, the more obvious this becomes:
Wealth doesn't simply give you more. It asks more of you—in the form of choices and decisions.
The quality of those choices and decisions depends on the quality of the questions you ask first.
That's where Wealth Leadership begins.
Wealth Leadership gives you:
-
A method for uncovering the right questions and interpreting the answers
-
A repeatable model for decision-making that lines up with your values and goals
-
A lifelong practice for leading wealth as your life, opportunities and decisions evolve.
"The Field Guide to Wealth: Building, Holding and Leading Wealth Without Losing Yourself" introduces the 4 Elements of Wealth: Identity, Relationships, Financial Fluency and Advisor Team.
These four elements form the foundation for building a life where your wealth supports your vision.
Your Wealth Leadership Path
You could start with the book. You could go directly into a workshop. If you’re facing an important decision, you may want a private conversation.
Or you might be looking for an ongoing thinking partner as new opportunities—and new questions—continue to emerge. There isn't one right place to begin. There's only the place that's right for you.

Money Changes Everything
Money changes far more than your net worth.
It changes the decisions you make about your relationships, your work, your investments and your future.
Wealth doesn't come with an owner's manual.
Welcome to the Money Changes Everything workshops: the owner's manual for wealth you never received.
Most of us were taught how to earn money. Some of us learned how to invest it. Very few of us were taught how to think through the decisions wealth creates.
That's what these workshops are about.
Workshop A: Answering The 4 Key Questions Wealth Raises
Every important wealth decision begins with four basic questions.
-
Who am I now, and who am I becoming?
-
What do my relationships look like now, and how do I want them to evolve?
-
What am I trying to create, support, or make right?
-
How do I make a good decision?
These four questions become a practical way to effectively process the choices wealth creates.
Whether you're considering a new investment, selling a business, changing careers, making a charitable gift, helping someone you love or deciding what new direction you want to take, you'll develop a clearer way to think about the decisions in front of you.
You'll leave with:
-
The 4 Key Questions Wealth Raises
-
A practical approach to making better decisions
-
Greater confidence making decisions that align with your values and goals
-
Better questions to ask yourself and your advisors
Workshop B: The Field Guide to Asset Classes
Every asset class has a purpose.
Cash. Stocks. Bonds. Real estate. Private businesses. Private equity. Venture capital. Collectibles.
Each one does something different. Each comes with its own opportunities, risks and tradeoffs.
This workshop introduces the major asset classes in plain English. You'll learn what each one is designed to do, where it fits and the questions to ask before you invest.
You don't need to become an investment professional. You do need enough understanding to participate confidently in the decisions that shape your financial life.
You'll leave with:
-
A practical understanding of the major asset classes
-
The purpose each asset class serves
-
The strengths and tradeoffs of each
-
Better questions to ask before making investment decisions

Wealth Leadership Review
The Wealth Leadership Review is a private two-hour strategy session designed to help you step back, assess where you are today, and identify the questions behind the decisions you're facing.
Every Wealth Leadership Review begins the same way. We put every important decision on the table before talking about any one of them. Once we can see the whole picture, it becomes much easier to decide what deserves your attention first.
By the end of the session, you'll know which decision comes first.
Fee
2-hour Private Strategy Session: $1,000
GO Group
GO Group is a confidential community for founders, executives, business owners, and wealth holders who want an ongoing place to think through important decisions with others who understand the responsibilities financial success creates.
We meet twice each month for three-hour working sessions.
Members bring the decisions they're actively working through. Sometimes it's evaluating an investment opportunity. Sometimes it's selling a business, hiring a CEO, helping an adult child, or choosing an advisor. We use those conversations to think more clearly before a decision is made.
GO Group is where Wealth Leadership becomes a practice—not simply an idea.
Program Fees
6-Month Program
Individual: $3,600
Couple: $4,800
12-Month Program
Individual: $6,000
Couple: $8,400
Program fees are due in full upon enrollment.
The GOLD Process
There's more behind a money disagreement than the money itself.
The decision may involve trust, expectations, priorities, identity, or the future you're trying to build together.
The GOLD Process helps couples uncover what's driving the disagreement, communicate more effectively, and make better financial decisions together.
Ground
Understand why the same conversations keep happening.
Own
Recognize the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns each of you brings into financial decisions.
Listen
Learn to hear one another before trying to solve the problem.
Direct
Create shared direction for your money, your decisions, and your future—and practical ways to stay aligned as life changes.
Most couples complete the process in 8–16 weeks.
Continue only while the process is creating value.

Wealth Leadership Weekend
Wealth Leadership Weekend gives you dedicated time to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on decisions that deserve your full attention.
First, we'll examine your goals, relationships, investments, opportunities, advisor team, and the future you're trying to create.
Then we'll identify your priorities, clarify the decisions in front of you, and develop a repeatable decision-making framework for moving forward.
Fees
Individual: $5,000
Couple: $7,500
Private Advisory
Private Advisory is for individuals, couples, families, founders, and business owners whose wealth continues to create opportunities, responsibilities, and questions.
Private Advisory provides an ongoing thinking partnership as those questions continue to evolve. Rather than starting over every time something changes, we continue building on the conversations, decisions, and way of processing we've already established.
The purpose is the same as every other conversation at Wealth Leadership:
To help you discover the questions you didn't know you needed to ask first.
Fees
Every advisory engagement is unique. Most clients begin with either the Wealth Leadership Review or one of the Money Changes Everything workshops so we have a shared understanding of your goals, priorities, and the questions you're facing before beginning ongoing work.
